According to the official information, released by the company on its official website, legal entity, controlled by a manager of the Kernel group of companies acquired 20 123 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. on October 27, 2014 at an average price of PLN 22.8 per share. Notification was sent to the company in the accordance with Art. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments. Kernel’s share price reached PLN 25.15 per share at the end of the Monday (October 27) trading session, after hitting its all-time-low on October 16, 2014 (PLN 22 per share). It is clear that purchase of shares by company’s management helped with the price level. As Kernel continues to operate in the country, associated with multiple risks, along with unfavorable market conditions, it is only natural that company’s capitalization is on a slight decline.
