According to the official information, released by the company, company controlled by one of Kernel managers purchased 5 000 shares of Kernel Holding S.A. for an average price of PLN 28.6. Statement was published by Kernel in accordance with rt. 160 of the Act of Trading in Financial Instruments. Kernel share price has declined significantly over the past 18 months, initially attributed to poor financial performance of the company and later tightly correlated with crisis in Ukraine. Trading volume of company’s shares on Warsaw stock exchange was notably lower as well over the past month and last week in particular. Purchase of shares spiced up trading activity for the company on July 31, 2014 trading session, up to 184.5 thousand shares, which is highest volume since July 22 and July 10 before that. We expect such stimulating share purchases by company’s management to positively affect company’s share price in the future.
