Agro holding Mriya pays USD 13.6 million on Eurobonds

One of the largest agricultural producers in Ukraine Mriya Agro Holding carried out the first coupon payment on Eurobonds to the amount of USD 13,687 million, the company press service informs.
As it was reported, the agro holding completed placement of Eurobonds to the amount of USD 250 million for the term of five years. A coupon rate is fixed and makes up 10.95% annual. S&P rating agency assigned rating B to those Eurobonds, whereas Fitch B-.
Mriya Agro Holding stocks are quoted at the Frankfurt and London stock exchanges. The company carries out agricultural activities on 200,000 ha of land in Ternopil, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk regions in the western part of Ukraine.
