KSG Agro will issue UAH 200 M in bonds

KSG Agro (KSG PW) will debut on the bond market debut with a UAH 200 M offering. The notes with a 16.5% coupon have already been registered with the State Securities and Stock Market Commission.
The issue will be placed between Oct. 3, 2011 and Sept. 27, 2012 and redeemed between Sept. 30 and Oct. 2, 2013. Alfa Bank Ukraine will serve as the principal underwriter. KSG Agro plans to use the raised funds to finance the purchase of agricultural and meat-processing equipment, maintenance of hog farms and construction of storage capacities.
