Agricultural holding Kernel completes purchase of Russian Oil

Agricultural holding Kernel has completed the acquisition of Russian Oil (Russia), reads the Ukrainian company's report published on the website of Warsaw Stock Exchange.
"On September 19, 2011, the conditions for acquiring a 100% stake in Russian Oil were met. Thus, the Russian Oil acquisition deal was completed, and now Russian Oil is a subsidiary of Kernel Holding SA," the statement says.
Earlier, Kernel agreed the purchase of 100% of Russian Oil for $60 million.
Kernel Group (trade marks Schedry Dar, Stozhar, Chumak Domashnia, Chumak Zolota and Liubonka) is one of the largest producers of sunflower oil in Ukraine.
