Kernel will buy Kuibyshevo agricultural company

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) permitted Kernel Holding SA to take control over Kuibyshevo Agricultural Company LLC, the AMCU press service informs.
Kuibyshevo Agricultural Company is included into Ukrros Holding. Kernel possesses 71% in Ukrros.
Kernel Holding (TM Shshedry Dar, Stozhar, Chumak Domestic, Chumak Gold, Liubonka) is one of largest producers of sunflower seed oil in Ukraine. 41.16% in Kernel belongs to company Board Chairman Andriy Verevsky.
