UFC will place bonds worth 100 UAH (app. 12.5M USD) this fall. The future placement may be one of the most important events of the fall. The company is one of the least known, but one of the most influential players in the food market of Ukraine. In recent years there have been very few bonds’ issuers and there are quite few companies so far that have strengthened their position in the industry over the years of crisis. Placement will occur on Ukrainian Stock exchange.
