Agroton is planning a large-scale sale of assets

Ukrainian Agrarian Group "Agroton" (Lugansk region) is planning this year to sell its member LLC "Agro Svinprom", LLC "Agro Chernuhinskie kurchata" and cheese production facilities. According to the prospectus of the Eurobond this year the company has already sold some of its assets for the production of flour, pasta, bread and bakery products and dairy products.
In particular, in May of this year, "Agroton" sold "Macaroni Factory Agroton", "Bakery Agroton", "Aydar Mlyn" Ltd. "Agro cheese-factory," totaling approximately 2.7M USD, 1.5M USD less than their book value. In addition, in February of this year, "Agroton" sold a subsidiary, "Mlyn-Yevsug." The details of transactions have not been yet verified.
