Avangard, leading Ukrainian agricultural holding, specializing in the production of eggs in shell and egg products, has started operations of poultry facility Avis in Khmelnitsky region. (Source: LigaBusinessInform, Investment Group (IG) Socrates).

In particular, Avangard launched the facility with young birds, including six poultry houses of 250 thousand units each. The second phase involves construction of poultry slaughtering facility of 6 thousand birds per hour, through sorting and packing eggs including capacity of 360 thousand pieces per hour, the construction of the feed mill with capacity of 60 tons per hour and the biogas plant with a capacity of 20 MW / hour.
