Agroton has placed eurobonds 50m USD worth

Ukrainian Agrarian company Agroton placed a $ 50 million worth of Eurobonds due 2014 with a coupon rate of 12.5%, according to several sources in the stock market. In this case the securities were already available at 100% face value. The organizers of the accommodation were Dragon Capital, Jaspen Capital Partners and VTB Capital.
In May it was reported that Agroton underwent closure of the book applications for eurobonds due to poor demand from investors. Return on Eurobonds placement could reach 100M USD. The issuer of notes is the holding company of Agroton Public Limited, listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Accommodation is in compliance with Regulation S.
Agroton in 2010 increased net profit by 3.1 times - up to $ 15.74 million, sales - 3.6%, to $ 57.25 million.
Agroton Holding is one of the largest agricultural producers in eastern Ukraine, since 1992. The company controls the elevator capacity of 235 thousand tons of grain storage. Holding specializes in the cultivation of grains and oilseeds, production and sales of livestock, bakery and macaroni and cheese.
