Russians buying Ukrainian part of Brocard

The perfumery-cosmetic network of Brocard, possessing 63 shops in Ukraine, conducts negotiations with Russian LLC Alkor and Co. (managing networks L'etual and Bon Joli) on selling the controlling stake.
Total network is estimated approximately at USD 80-120 million, UKRINFORM reports citing Kommersant-Ukraine newspaper.
A transaction should be closed in late May, negotiations started in December 2010.
Earlier, Brocard-Ukraine informed that it is planning to expand the network of shops to 70-80 in 2011.
