Net profit of Milkiland agroholding up to 4.9 million euros

Net profit of the agroholding Milkiland N.V. with its assets in Ukraine in the first quarter of 2011, compared to the same period of 2010, grew by 41% to 4.926 million euros. It is said in the company's statement posted on the site of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The company's revenues rose 15% to 63.657 million euros, operating revenue by 5.7% to 6.919 million dollars.
Total assets of Milkiland amounted to 250.953 million euros, which is 26.6% up over the previous year.
Last year's net profit increased by 2.6 times up to 21.9 million euros.
Milkiland owns shares in Ostankino Dairy Plant (Russia) and 100% in the Milkiland-Ukraine subsidiary, which includes 10 processing plants and four farms.
