Kernel’s Verevsky sells a block of shares to Comgest SA

Kernel announced that its chairman Mr. Verevsky sold 5,400,000 shares and that Comgest SA acquired the shares and now owns as of 6 April 2011 4 750 000 shares of Kernel Holding S.A., equivalent to 6.45% of the total outstanding stock of 73 674 410 shares. The remainder of Verevsky’s shares were purchased by other institutional investors who were not required to notify as their total ownership does not cross the notification threshold 5% of voting shares.
