Nibulon sues the government and wins

Nibulon, Ukraine’s largest private grain exporter sued the government for lack of transparency and criminal behavior in allocating export quotas and partially won. However, the court in Mykolaiv, Nibulons corporate headquarters only awarded the company damages of 2,6 hryvnia or less than $0.25. The victory was pyrrhic but at least it established that governments procedures were unfair and violated the law.
