Ukrainian ketchup producer to enter Warsaw Stock Exchange

A leading Ukrainian producer of ketchup, mayonnaise and sauce, Lutsk Foods (the Runa and Rіdny Kray trademarks), is planning to sell a minority stake on the New Connect market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, spending the funds to be raised on development in Ukraine and a possible listing on the Polish market, the company has said in a statement.
The UFC Capital investment bank was chosen as the organizer of the placement, while an advisor is Poland's Progress Holding Sp. z.o.o.
Lutsk Foods has not yet reported the date of the placement, the exact amount of shares offered for sale and other terms of the placement.
