Kyivkhlib to place UAH 150 million in bonds

Ukraine's largest bakery plant, OJSC Kyivkhlib, is planning public bond placement worth UAH 150 million (USD 1 - UAH 7.96) at Ukrainian Exchange in Kyiv.
Underwriter of the issue is Chernihiv-based ASVIO Bank. It is planned to issue nominal interest, unsecured bonds with face value of UAH 1,000. The bonds are placed in order to invest in capital equipment, energy saving technologies, repayment of loans and credit facilities, purchase of grain. Kyivkhlib's net profit in 2010 was UAH 16.5 million after UAH 1.5 million in net loss in 2009. Its assets increased by 19.5% - to UAH 435.7 million.
