Ukrainian company Jablunewyj Dar is going to produce concentrates for juices in Poland and hold IPO on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, according to the newspaper Delo.
Jablunewyj Dar is the largest Ukrainian producer of juice concentrates and the third largest in Europe. Investments in Poland and Warsaw Stock Exchange should become a springboard for the company, which intends to conquer the European market.
Jablunewyj Dar is planning to build and launch in Poland in 2013 a new venture for the production of concentrate and frozen foods. The cost of all this investment will be around 12 million euros.
A debut on Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2013 or 2014 should also help towards expansion of the Ukrainian company.
Jablunewyj Dar was founded in 2003 in Horodok, Lviv region (western Ukraine) as a producer of concentrated juices. The plant's capacity is 120 tons of concentrate per year. The company has facilities in three regions of Ukraine: Lviv, Khmelnitsky, and Kharkiv.
