Concorde Capital ranked Milkiland as a one of the top-10 in terms of quality of the corporate governance system and its value for the minority
shareholders and investors. The rating included 114 Ukrainian public companies listed at various trading floors. It was based on the set of criteria
relevant to decision making while investing in Ukrainian equities: (1) reporting and discloser, (2) minority shareholders concerns, (3) quality of
investor relations. Based on the assessment of all of the criteria, Milkiland obtained the highest "Quality" rank as a company with high quality of
IFRS reporting, transparent corporate structure, low risks for minority shareholders and good investor relations.
