Russia introduces export duty on wheat starting Feb 1

Russia has introduced an export duty on wheat effective February 1, according to a governmental order prepared by the Economic Development Ministry and signed in late December 2014.
The duty totals 15% of the customs value plus 7.5 euro, but no less than 35 euro per tonne.
This measure is meant to stabilize the situation on the domestic grainmarket.
