Raiffeisenbank: Weak growth of Bulgarian economy in 2012

In 2012 the crisis would not be forgotten in Bulgaria and economic growth, if present, would be very weak, according to Raiffeisenbank’s forecast, as quoted by the Klasa daily.
In this uncertain environment foreign investments were also not likely to increase, the bank’s Chief Economist Kaloyan Ganev commented. In view of the stagnation in consumption and investments this was the natural course of events, he said.
Ganev voiced expectations the main source of financing for large-scale projects in the country in 2012 would be EU funds.
