Markets were down Tuesday as several more companies released their 3rd Quarter Earnings’ reports, lower than expected. Second factor that
contributed to the loss is the fact that highly expected meeting of the European financial ministers on Wednesday was canceled leaving international
community guessing of debt issues solutions. The market was also pulled lower by a report that consumer confidence plunged in October to the
lowest level since March 2009. The Conference Board index measures how shoppers feel about business conditions, the job market and their
outlook for the next six months. UAIndex has declined as investors were once again moving their assets away from riskier investment opportunities.
