The owner of "Avangard" and Ukrlandfarming, as well as the Bank "Financial Initiative" Oleg Bakhmatyuk who owns an option to buy a majority
stake in VAB Bank strengthens senior management of financial institution with his own staff. Angelica Golovko was appointed as the first deputy
chairman of VAB Bank, whom until recently was a member Executive Board of "Financial Initiative." Since 2011 on a similar post of deputy chairman
VAB Bank is occupied by Denis Maltsev, a former head of the supervisory board of "Finance Initiative." Recently minority owners of VAB Bank filed
a law suit concerning Bahamatyuk unlawful use of VAB Bank funds for his Agroholdings.
