Moldova to increase supplies of farm products, wine to Belarus

Belarus and Moldova have agreed to increase shipments of Moldovan agricultural products, food and wine to the Belarusian market, BelTA reports.
According to the Agriculture Ministry of Moldova, the agreement was reached at a meeting between Deputy Agriculture Minister of Belarus Vasily Pavlovsky and Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry of Moldova Vasily Bumakov held during the meeting of the intergovernmental Belarusian-Moldavian commission for trade and economic cooperation in Chisinau.
The sides discussed various aspects of bilateral cooperation in agriculture, reached an agreement to expand cooperation in what concerns the assembling of horticultural tractors “Belarus” in Chisinau in collaboration with the Smorgon Aggregate Works and Moldova’s Agrofermotech.
