Land market in Ukraine has to start work properly by late 2012, says Yanukovych

Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has said that the land market has to start working properly by the end of 2012.
According to the president's press service, he said this during a meeting with the administration of Khmelnytsky region in Kamianets-Podilsky on Thursday.
"We will not stop on this way, we will move forward," Yanukovych said.
The president also said that land reform is especially important to the regions of Ukraine, in which farming plays an important role in the structure of economy. He noted that 40% of the economy of Khmelnytsky region is accounted for by the agricultural sector.
Yanukovych added that creation of the land register is a key task of land reform.
